I have just purchased a new laptop and it came with Vista. I can log into my internet explorer but every time I try to exit, it tells me that something unexpected happened to my internet connection and that it will restart. How do I get the computer (or internet) to stop registering me exiting the net as a problem??

Go through there and find your wireless adapter (I'm assuming you have wireless) and make sure it is installed/functioning properly. If not, troubleshoot, given the link.
