So I have this computer since Christmas with Windows Vista Premium already installed when I bought it. I get this message that my 'Windows Activation' is going to expire in 2 days!!!

But when I check in Control Panel>System, it says "Windows is Activated".

What do I do to fix this???
Do I have to buy a retail version of Windows Vista?
Any help would be appreciated.
