Im using Vista Ultimate 32x. And in my the top 3 icon rows on the desktop can be clicked ?_? All the icons below it can be clicked just fine. but those 3 rows on the top can't be click, chosen or drag-chosen. The only way to make them work is to chose a icon beloew them and then with the arrows go to the icon I want a press enter. Why does this happen? How can I solve it?
