Can anyone assist? I am trying to load rosetta stone french language software, v3 and I am getting the following error message when attempting to install: "Error 1722. There is a problem with this Windows installer package. A program run as part of the set up did not finish as expected. Contact your support personnel or package vendor. Action addFirewall_RS_v3App_DIR_IN, location:...\Roset..." I've contacted Rosetta Stone, but havent heard anything yet. Any suggestions? Thanks so much, this is sooo frustrating.
Your link directed me to reg cure to clean up my registry, I found this yesterday and did a scan, it found 1032 issues/errors that it cleaned, none of which helped to resolve the 1722 error. Thanks so much for the direction, but I need some other direction. Any other suggestions?
