I have windows vista home premium and i think after an update for sp 1 or something like that the bottom start menu and that bottom bar on the screen looks like windows 95 now....... why? Any way to fix this?

Right click on your desktop wallpaper.

Select the Personalize option.

Select Theme.

Use the drop down menu and select Windows Vista.

Click Ok.
