I was just sitting here playing a game when, deity forbid, I got mad and hit the stupid laptop. (I have a Toshiba Satellite with Windows Vista) And then, everything was running really slowly, so I shut down the laptop and then turned it back on. But then, the blue screen of death came up and well...To make a story short, Windows is having problems and I can't get it to run. I tried to repair it, and apparently that didn't work.

I could try a system restore, but it says this:

To perform an offline System Restore, you must specify which Windows installation you would like to restore.

For example, if the installation is located in "C:\Windows" should be restored, enter the following command:

rstrui.exe /OFFLINE:C:\Windows

I'm basically trying to get Windows to work without buying another copy of it and without completely wiping out my computer. Please help!
When I tried to repair it (Startup Repair), it said this was the problem:

System volume on disk is corrupt.
