Default Changed Flash Drive into Ram on Vista, no quicker? help?

I have changed my 1gb flash drive into ram and the computer, Vista, most specifically a computer game i am wanting to play is no faster at all. I did choose the speedboost option.

Please help.

I have windows vista and am trying to play hospital tycoon but the game runs really slow. I insterted a 1gb flash drive, no files on it, and chose readyboost, but still the speed is slow on the game.

speedboost isnt the magic answer unfortunatly it will allow your computer to access frequently used files quicker but it wont speed up games. if you have less than 2gb of ram for the latest games i recommend buying at least this number. in physical ram not usb.
