Default Trouble with Windows Explorer on Vista?

I had Windows Vista Basic which i have upgraded to Windows Vista Ultimate recently. I have been getting Windows explorer error everytime i insert my camera's SD card in the card slot. I have formatted the card many times. I have been getting the same error when i try to see the earlier pictures i clicked that are already uploaded on my laptop. Other than this there has been no other problem so far. Could you tell me the possible cause and the solution of this problem??

Like Windows millennium and 2000 Vista is total CRAPP.

It is XP with huge bloat as MS lack the imagination and intelligence to give the world a new and totally different system.

Forget Vista ...it is the 2008 version of MS millennium.

Why are software companies allowed to perpetrate this crapp on unsuspecting customers without recourse?

If Ford made a car with the defects , bugs and vulnerabilities that Vista software has there would be an international recall so big Ford and all its shareholders would go broke.

Apart from its initial inroads and Windows 95 MS has produced dross that is ,vulnerable, weak, and unstable and the only reason it is so big is because of its , unfair trading, licensing and bundling rights....not because it makes good product.
