Default Having trouble changing the color theme for Windows Vista?

I just reset my laptop, and I can't change the color theme. I was able to change it before I had it cleaned, and now when I try to change it, something different comes up. I've right clicked on my desktop, gone to Personalize, then to Window Color and Appearance and this comes up:

It's a lot like the one for Windows XP, and when I try to change the color, it ends up changing the theme to older versions of Windows...

I don't know if this makes sense D:

Update or reinstall video driver...that should do it.
