I cannot access my yahoo mail. just got new pooter with vista...what am I

doing wrong? help!!!!!? When I am I.E., the yahoo toolbar for mail takes me to sign in, then says to upgrade or leave the same, but none of those links work either. It *yahoo just will not load. I know it must be something stupid...hahaha.
