Okay so I am using Windows Vista and I decided to clean my computer with unnecessary folders and stuff. I browsed through the "all programs" after clicking the start button and one of the folders there is named "Programs" I tried expanding it but it didn't contain anything so I deleted it then cleaned my recycle bin. Next thing I know, all my shortcuts in the "all programs" were gone. Is there a way that I can retrieve them?
