...Can it be fixed? I have an iPod nano -- 2nd generation. About a week ago, it started giving me a "Firewire connections not supported" error when I connect it to my computer.

I'm using the same USB cable I've always used.

I tried changing cables, but no luck so far. The sensor that I use with Nike+ does seem to work, though.

Any ideas?
