Hi when ever i right click or shift f10 on a .exe or exe shortcut.

A error say's: Windows explorer has stopped working.
Then say's: Windows explorer is restarting.

Then the screen refreshes.
This problem just occured and is starting to tick me off because now i cant run programs in administrator mode.

As you can tell i have vista, help please!

Oh and also it's not even windows vista it can be any exe that i try to right click and it still say's the error above.
No matter what exe it is it still refers to IE
