Default Rundll32 error when trying to change Vista theme!?

When ever I go to Personilization under Control Panel and click any of the options to change Vistas theme or color or any of them i get a error saying that "Windows host process (Rundll32) has stopped working"

I am using Vista Premium, and I am stuck with Windows Classic look. Its ugly and i hate it. How to i fix this problem?
i just found out that it may have something to do with me using VistaGlazz 1.0...so now how to i fix this
