Sorry, but I don't believe you can. All OS releases for windows, you have to buy. If there is somewhere that you can download it 100% free then it probably comes with a virus. If you already have a version of vista, just go out and buy the upgrade CD. It can't be too much money, but at least it is virus free and legal.
