Ok, There is somthing messes up about my keybored and i dont know how to fix it, i think it might be effecting my Oblivion game.

See when i am writing in here i can do the "`" or "~" but when i am in note pad it does this "\" or "/"

I really want my console to work
Any ideas (btw i messed around with my keyboard in the control panel, like changing English (canada) to English (US) and still nothing happened,
