Default Contrast help! Windows Vista

The contrast on my computer is WAY to high. Myspace used to look blue, now it looks aqua..I've been trying to find a way to change it, but i have no idea how.

TRY CHANGING CONTRAST LEVEL OF YOUR MONITOR, FROM IT'S BUTTONS, LOCATED ON FRONT SIDE, DOWN THE SCREEN LEVEL.

GO TO CONTROL PANEL
CLICK-WINDOW COLOUR AND APPEARANCE
SELECT COLOUR SCHEME TO SUIT YOU.

ALSO, REFER THESE LINKS, FOR CONTRAST ADJUSTMENTS.
