Is it safe to delete all the folders in C:\Windows\Temp ?
When i put that in two folders come up is it safe to delete ALL folders in both?

you can but on reboot it will just make them again, so why bother

Why do you want to delete those folders? I would try to stay away from deleting folders in the hard drive except for the folders in program files or under owner.

yes ucan...........better to go to run and type %temp% thn a window will open.......del all files in that folder.........
