I just got it on mine, and all I did was restart my computer and nothing was different.. what did it do?

It means you installed or deleted a key file and need to repair it. That means (normally) whatever you did in the past few minutes something has messed it up. Or you are infected with a lot of viruses. It is the Same as with Windows XP, ME, ect.

Bluescreen means that you have an error in your RAM, which one I can´t tell you
