Can anybody tell me how to sort the "All Programs" folders in the startup button on Vista?

Its easy to do it with XP but it seems like there is another procedure with Vista since the My Documents structure is different.

I like making my own folders (like Apps,Games,Security..) So i dont have hundreds of folders to scroll throuh as soon as i press the "All Programs" menu
