When trying to remove a program on Windows vista I get a black screen with a pause symbol and the program doesn't come off. I checked parental controls and they aren't on. What am I doing wrong here?

One problem that people have is trying to delete part of the program manually. Then when you run the add/remove program it can't find the uninstall program. If this is the case then reinstall and then uninstall. Other than that I can't help.
