My windows vista program will not open and I keep getting a fatal error message please help I have contacted Gateway and microsoft nothing is working, the internet will not even come open not even in safe mode

well without more information this is about all the help i can give you. put in your vista disk and you want to do a repair of your windows you might have to click install first not sure since i haven't done this for vista yet. make sure you click to repair windows and not enter the repair console they are two different things.
