my total care advisor on windows vista says i need to update 5 critical things on my computer: limited warranty service enhancement , BIOS , Health Check , quick launch software security , and update software security and when i click on these item to repair it shows me a link to click and and update it but every time i click on it it shows me a little black screen to like type in and disappears right away and does nothing after what is going on how do i update my computer i am connected to the internet and my computer has been running a little slow lately
