whenever I open up control panel or my computer or my documents or my pics, ect.
It closes down and the taskbar and icons go away!
I'm preety shure it is a problem with windows explorer.
(also I know to run explorer.exe and that stuff)
How do I prevent that for free!!!!
no programs that say they are free and then doesn't delete stuff without money.
if possible some steps in how to fix this.

try getting to the properties of windows explorer
and see if theres anything there
then type msconfig in the search thingy on start and click it
go to startup and see if anythings messed up
