So i have my laptop with windows vista and i was wondering if i could connect it to my xbox 360 with the ethernet cord to get xbox 360 live. So can anyone give me step by step directions how to hook it up properly so i can get and xbox 360, so i dont have to buy a adapter or some type of cable. Thanks

I think it may be possible to set up your laptop to do that sort of thing, but it will lag terribly. I would just get a wireless adapter/router if I were you. It would just be easier and a better solution for your game playing.
