When I turn on my computer the bottom task bar turns from the regular brownish color to a black/gray and I have limited connectivity with my wireless belkin54g network. I then receive a message that says "Superfetch has stopped working" and a few moments later another one that says "host process for windows services stopped working and was closed." After i wait a few minutes it returns to normal (the connection and the task bar). About a minute later the same thing happens (limited connectivity and gray task bar followed by the two messages). A while longer however i regain connection and everything seems fine. A few minutes later the task bar returns to its normal color and everything works normally. At times my computer works slower than normal and programs don't respond and sometimes the entire system will stall. It takes much longer to turn on my computer as well. Every so often i will get the 'blue screen of death' and my computer won't work for up to a half hour.

remove the vista and install XP.
