I have an HP Pavillion a1730n. I am having problems installing Vista's update KB938194. Someone said remove KB932596 but I do not have that installed. Others said it's a problem with protection software. I have uninstalled virus protection and all that. Nothing is working so far. I have tried all the basics -- 3 hours with HP on the phone, 2 hours with HP in an online chat. Any ideas?
