Default Firefox and zonealarm PROBLEM!?

Okay, so last night there was a windows update, This morning I booted up my comp and tried to open up mozilla, onle to get an error that reads "The application had rpoblem and crashed.
Unfortunately the crash reporter was unable to submit a report for this crash.
Details: The application didn't leave an application data file."
Then I opened up zonealarm to have a lot of crap wrong with that. First of all it wont let me update, secondly half the things on it shut down and basically its crap right now. I cant give you more details about that, because after i restarted my comp, it now gives me an error stating "An exception occured while trying to run 'Shell32.dll,Control_RunDLL wscui.cpl'"
What should i do? TY all ahead of time! =]

I am not sure what happen but i guess the update you downloaded messed up your computer.
If there is soo many errors i guess its something serious

You can try and go back to the last time your system was working. Usually windows has that option somewhere in the control panel.
If you cant even boot the PC you can try before you boot i think you hold down F2 or F8 and you should get to a little boot menu where you want to select boot in safe mode which should let you in windows and from there you can revert back to when your system was working fine.

Last option is to take that XP cd and install win XP again

Try uninstalling the most recent windows update. Go to Add/Remove Programs and select the option to show windows updates. Then uninstall the most recent update (it will show the date).

This worked for me when I installed a windows update about a week ago. Try it and see if it works for you.
