Sometimes when I open Firefox, it opens a blank homepage (it's been happening a lot more recently than before)
Sometimes when I click links or buttons, they don't work. I have to keep clicking them until it begins to load, which is several times normally. Very annoying.
I've tried MozBackup many times. I have quite a bit of experience in computers. I've also tried backing up individual files (explained in a guide) and re-installing, creating a profile, and before running it I restored those files. The restore worked; I had my bookmarks back (I didn't even copy the extensions because I thought that may be it, but it wasn't)
I need some good answers or possibly even remote assistance to my computer. Thank you anyone who helps.
I even tried un-installing, running 4 registry cleaners, deleting all firefox data, and re-starting my pc.
I just made a brand new profile to test with, and the problem still occurs. I just also tried safe mode and disabled everything that normally runs, and still the same result.

I've had this problem a couple times before, too. Have you pressed CTRL + ALT + DELETE and see if Firefox is still running when it's actually not? Try clicking the Firefox process and hit End Process and start Firefox up again. That's always done the trick for me.
