Default Java, streaming error and firefox Answer as many questions as u can. If everyone

pitches in maybe I can solve Problem
Hi,
I have a pc with vista as my op
Can I uninstall older versions of Java. Ex. I have this java 6 and then version 2 and then version 3 which goes all the way up to version 6 can I uninstall all but latest update which is version 6??

also, I have a streaming error on my windows media player when I try to use internet radio. Latest version of Windows Media Player.
How do I fix a streaming problem?

I installed Fire fox for the second time because it just about stopped working for me.on the first time. I did reinstall it and it is much faster than IE but is showing early signs that it could end up like last time which was it taking 5 to 7 minutes to load onto a web site. Help? Its latest version of Fire fox and I am really liking it when it is working properly. I did use Ccleaner. I have AVG (latest version)recommended on this site and it says I am virus free and spy ware free. I only have one virus prtection on my p c but I do have fire wall active and other stuff-maybe two firewall protections. Is this a problem.

Last whether it is explorer or Fire fox and you click on right side of mouse and those setting come up which one should it

Last, is there a web site that anyone knows of where you can interact with others about computers issues in simple language for the lay person.

Thank you!
