I cant install windows media 11 on firefox.....i tried doing it manually and the computer said that it was installed but the webpage said I still needed to still to install the add on....what do I do? How can I get it to install properly?

If you've installed the plug-in and it still doesn't work then you probably need to restart Firefox. That should fix it.
