I cant use my back or forward button, or refresh or stop theyre there but they're faded and i cant click them, any ideas why or what to do besides reinstalling?

what version of firefox do you have? i don't have an answer for your question but if you have the old firefox, the best thing would be to install the new one. if you have the new one, i'm sorry i can't help.

1. try to restart your computer ...2 if not download it again from the site and install it again

Make sure when you press it its not actually on a writing bar. Click on something else it should work but i reccomend getting the latest version of mozilla firefox its madd.
