having a problem with my website in firefox?
ok, i'm building a website for my future cousin's gardening service. on the page that i'm working on currently, there is a table conatining bio info, the table is set up with % for the width. under the table is a link for a small window to pop-up that contains "some services provided". there isnt enough for a whole new page, and i dont want to distract from the bio, so i thought a small pop-up would be good. i wanted it to be a specific size and used some style comands to do so. only problem is when you click the link, the table on the origional page gets smaller in width suddenly. if you close the pop-up, it gets smaller. if you then click the screen it gets smaller still. if you click a 4th time it goes back to the origional size. i've never had anything like this happen and its bugging the crap out of me. and its only in firefox. every other browser is fine.
any ideas? i can send the files if you want to look, but its not uploaded anywhere so i have no link yet.
is it because i'm using a % as opposed to a fixed width in my origional table? cause it works fine with a fixed width
