I use wireless network at home. But after installing a microsoft software (one care), it does not work anymore. When I try to repair, it says: "Windows tried a repair but a problem still exists. Cannot comunicate with www.microsoft.com.
Network diagnostics pinged the remote host but did not receive a response."
Then it suggests to "Reset the network adaptor (reseting the adaptor can sometimes resolve an intermittent problem)"
When I do it, the same process happens, and the problem remians unsloved.
I also can ping from command prompt, without any problem!!
But When I use IE, it does not work at all.
