Just got wireless internet today. Works on main computer, iPhone, etc. Laptop is connected to the Internet and can go to websites. Microsoft Outlook, however, will not connect. It cannot receive or send messages. Firewall is unable to be customized due to locked settings. Can anyone help out?

make sure that u configure ur account properly or delete your current account and reconfigure it.
