Default Why does our Windows Firewall turn itself off ?

We have windows vista and our windows firewall is always turning itself off. We have to check it constantly and almost everytime we check it's off again. Any ideas why this may be happening and what we can do to fix it ? Thanks ! ☺

You may have a commercial firewall on your computer. Many of these firewalls have a default option to turn off Windows Firewall as two software firewalls running simultaneously can possibily cause conflicts and/or performance issues.Otherwise, your computer may have been infected by malware.

you might be using anti-virus have already firewall - Anti-hack. sometimes the anti-virus disable the windows firewall, whatever was the windows, - Vista or XP - try to check your anti-virus firewall, Disable it - re-enable the windows firewall again, and check it if it will be off again. goodluck.
