Your problem is likely your virus defs are outta date, hook up to the net and update if your product is still lisenced.

as for your Windows defender, it might just be disabled or also complaining about your virus defs.. after the updates see if it goes away, if not check throught it's settings in control panel and see if it's been disabled..
