Windows Defender says no unwanted or harmful software detected.?

Cyber Defender says there are 50 or so problems found. (Spyware&Adware)

Norton always finds one tracking cookie

Both are free versions and I'm unable to delete the 'problems' with the free version.

What should I do, and are there any TRULY free versions where I can scan my computer and remove any problems?
