like this never happened before but in the bottom right where the icons are
there is the windows defender icon and it has a ! on the icon

what do i do

and is this defender already installed in my computer?

Have you run a scan with Windows Defender? it might just be warning you that you need to do a scan. Just click on the Icon and see what it says.
