Hello! I've been trying to download DirectX off of the website... however i have to use Internet Explorer (I normally use firefox) and even when it completes the download, it says that there is a newer or better DirectX program already installed... when there isnt. i deleted DirectX and all of its components, its not on my computer at all...
Anyone know the reason for this?

(also i tried downloading it off of other sites but they don't seem to work either)
