My windows defender can not be uninstalled through the program uninstall and all the files are gone from the program location.
yet it still half appears in the security Centre (no pic,or click-able)

when i try to install a new defender i get the message.
"you do not need to install this software because WD is included in windows vista."

I have deleted as many of the files by hand as i can find,

is their away to re-install defender?

System restore isn't a Option..........
Any idea?...........thanks
