1.) A PSP running Official Firmware 3.80
2.) A 2GB Sandisk MagicGate Memory Stick
3.) A Pandora's battery (hardmodded-it works)
4.) Windows Vista OS

*I have NO access to Windows XP or a PSP running custom-firmware

*I want to either downgrade to 1.50 or go directly to custom firmware

*I've read a thousand times that it is possible so if you reply saying it's not I will report you to the administrators.

i cant really understand what are u saying but what i noe is ur trying to upgrade to a coustom firmware...
if u want to create a pandora batt u must have a custom firmware to create it...there are some app call pandora gui which u will downgrade ur psp to 1.50 and there is one call the Universal Unbricker to create a pandora batt but im using the the Universal Unbricker to upgrade to 3.80m33-5 the lates is 3.90m33-2 firmware
