on Windows vista or xp? I need to figure out how to bypass parental controls on windows vista or xp since my older brother placed restrictions on my account for two of our computers. I cannot read email, or go to some very basic websites since the controls are set to their maximum setting. Thus, I must find a way to get around this without letting him know, because if he does he might find a way to counter it. Also i don't intend on hacking into his account either or changing his password. so help me out
