I have Vista Home Premium. I want to edit some photos and was told that I need to go to Windows Media Center to do it. Can't find it! I looked in All Programs list and in Accessories and it is not there. I can find Media Player, but not Media Center. I really need to get these photos edited. Please help!
I did what you suggest and it is not listed in the All Programs menu. That is where I figured it would be, but it isn't there.

It's not in accessories. go to the Start, then all programs. Above all the folders should be a list of Windows programs. Media Center should be there.
