How do you copy or download video from Windows Media Center?

Help! I'm going nuts with Vista. I downloaded videotape from a camera into the Video section of the Vista Media Center.
I wish to move it or copy it to the desktop so I can put it on a key.
It won't let me. All I can do is play it or copy to a DVD.
Again, Help!
