Re Do It One More Time and follow the steps closley. I have it with my laptop (well had laptop dont work). You have to make sure that your router is protected and only you and people around you have the password. Once that id done download the application, run it through and make sure you keep your xbox on. If it dosent reconize it go back to your xbox and try get a new code. It should work like 3 or 4 times into it. It took me some time but it finaly worked and it was fine. If you want the windows you really dont have to do much. Just go to your xbox, go to last blade on your dashboard, then theres one called computers, make sure your pc or laptop is in the same router range. Once you look for it go back to your pc start windows media player, have it updated so it works easier should be WMP 11, then once you have it under those tabs it say's Library there is a little arrow pointing down, push it, then go to media sharing, when its up if should show you your xbox, if it dosent, go restart your xbox and should appear after, make sure you have clicked share my media on. if it dosent show up when you restarted xbox restart WMP, then retry proccess it happens more easily than Media Center. Just make sure you follow what ive told you it should work, hope it helps

are you trying to connect to windows media center?? the best thing i personally think is streaming it because media center is evil lol, but to do that u need to add you music into media player 11 then in options there is sharing option and it should come up with your xbox 360
