why? Please help!? Hello,

I have a motorola moto q 9c from sprint. Everything was fine until today. When i turned on the device and pressed the start menu, usually icons appear such as internet explorer, on demand, windows media player, settings...etc. but now the screen is completely blank??? Why and how can i fix this???
