I have a T-Mobile Dash, with Windows Mobile 6. When I go to change the home screen layout to "Windows Default" (via Settings > Home screen > Home screen layout, it changes appropriately. However, when I shut down the phone and then power it back up, the layout/theme "Windows Default" reverts back to the original blue theme.

It's getting to be really annoying.
