I recently upgraded my phone (t-mobile dash). I'm having trouble syncing it with my

windows Media player.? I can check my email but I can not download my playlist to my phone. I have tried downloading ActiveSync 4.5 and it gives me an error messge. In addition to this misfortune, I am not a computer genius. Help!!!
