i have downloaded some video from my phone (and some pics etc), but the video cannot be accessed through the file although the pictures can!. it keeps saying something about codecs although this means nothing to me. has anyone got any ideas please??my phone is a sony ericsson k800i (if it helps?). also, which download from www.download.com do you recommend? i know nothing about this. thank you

Go ro www.download.com and find a free video converter to change the files you have to the files windows MM accept.

you don't mention what net work your phone is,but the way I do it is to send it to your email address,(the vids)and down load them to your computer and save. then just import vid from window movie maker.
